or bi-weekly basis based on the billing schedule.
All hours worked must be accurately documented
on each weekly timesheet.

Fees for Permanent and Temporary
Contractors
The level of pay is based on the experience of the
individual candidate. This experience is also
determined by the qualifications outlined by
the client based on the design of the particular job.

Employee Screening Process
Personal Interviews
Each candidate is personally interviewed by a
BEST, LLC Account Executive with industry
specific knowledge.
Various exams are utilized to pinpoint experience
and confirm current industry knowledge and
proficiency. Great importance is placed on matching
our candidates' skills designed with our clients'
needs.
Criminal background checks and drug screen-
ings will be provided upon clients' request.
Credit history can also be provided upon clients'
request.
